Our second tempurpedic matress. Loved the first but a bit firm and slept pretty hot. This one is perfect with the cooling. I'm a light sleeper and has reduced my wake up rate during the night by half.

10 years ago, I purchased my first Tempur-Pedic mattress a Rhapsody Breeze which fit my comfort level at that time. Now as my body has aged, I require more support and a cooler sleeping environment, and the Tempur-Pedic Luxebreeze Firm makes my sleep ever so more comfortable. Over 10 years I wore out my Rhapsody and Temper-Pedic kept their word and honored the 20 year warranty and gave me a great discount for a replacement mattress. They were true to their word and backed up their product honorably. I find the Luxebreeze mattress a great fit for a those needed the extra support and cooler comfort for a good night's sleep. Be warned that the Luxebreeze mattress is a heavier mattress than standard so it may be a little tricker to put the sheets on. I rated it with 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement with every product.

I was hesitant ordering the firm mattress without trying it, however it's been the best purchase of my life. I've never slept better, back pain is gone, and I stay cool at night. Very expensive but definitely worth every penny!

Wife says she has had her best night sleep since we switched to the Tempur Pedic LUXEbreeze soft. I am super happy with our decision to purchase this mattress. With so many choices is was a hard decision, however we made the right choice. We paired the mattress with the power base that we enjoy utilizing the Sleeptracker app.

I love a firm mattress and had the Original Tempur-Pedic mattress years ago - the one where you could jump on the bed without a glass of wine spilling. Only complaint was it was hot!
So the LUXEbreeze seemed like the perfect fit - firm, but cool.
While this new mattress won't leave you sweating, the gel topping creates a dip between you and your partner. As a result, the dip in the middle of the bed has lead to A LOT of back pain when sleeping on your side.

I was hesitant to purchase soft vs firm but so far it has been fine.
Even though this is our second Temperpedic mattress the offgassing was much stronger than expected. I can still smell a whiff now and then a month later.

Well that wasn't anything like what I tested in the store.
After 1 week sleeping of the hardest surface ever, we had to return.
I know tempurpedic has a "break-in" period, but we spent A LOT of money on this mattress and didn't sleep at all. Some break-in would be tolerable but this was like sleeping on a table.
Later we found out more that this new Gel layer takes a long time to break in. But I couldn't reconcile being a monster at work and to my loved ones because I couldn't sleep.
The whole thing seems counter intuitive. Spend lots of money (I mean lots) on a mattress that won't feel anything like the show room, and be prepared to break it by walking on it daily and not getting any sleep for the first 90 days.
Regardless we are now sleeping on a ProAdapt Medium which is nicer. Still some break-in but no nasty gel layer to prohibit sleep.

The floor model we tried was much softer/giving than the mattress I received. I was told it's because it's new. The "cooling feature" isn't as cool as I expected, seems like more product hype to charge extra.

Literally a life-changing experience. I don't know how I lived without this mattress. I normally thought I was a "toss & turn all night" sleeper, who just couldn't sleep through the night. This mattress was a replacement for a mattress we only had a couple years. We could never adjust to the previous mattress, which wasn't cheap, and started to get back pains. After visiting a store and reading a TON of reviews, we took the leap and ordered the mattress online. This TEMPUR-LUXEbreeze has been amazing and I highly recommend it! We felt the difference immediately and if you're hesitant on the price, don't be - it's worth it! Not only comfortable, the cooling feature is awesome and you can really notice the difference. We haven't slept this great in years! :)

Love the comfort of the mattress. Its heaven. Didn't know i needed an adjustable base but i cant live without it. It's definitely not a hot mattress. Its winter now, I feel cool from the mattress. So if you're a hot sleeper (I am not) you will love it.

I got rid a an expensive mattress that was only 2 years old because it caused terrible back problems.

We have owned this for 7 months, hoping that it will eventually start to feel like the glorious floor model we experienced in-store. Ours feels nothing like what we experienced in the store, and is creating much more discomfort than any mattress I have owned. Strong recommendation to avoid.

The Tempur-Luxe Breeze is my 4th Tempurpedic bed. It is also my least favorite. I love the cooling feature and the support was great at first. 8 months after purchase, the bed is breaking down. So far, it isn't visible enough to be covered under the warranty. When I lie down on the bed, it sinks. I am sure it will be visible without pressure at some point, but I wake up in pain so I won't wait it out. Very disappointing. I'm an experienced Tempurpedic owner and this is not the normal break in adjustment. I splurged on the extremely high price because I've always been so happy in the past. If you want support, this is not a good choice.

Pro: sleep better, build quality is top notch.
Con: cannot feel the cooling when I have the bed protector on, and sheets, bed slides on flat surface.
If I could go back, I would probably go with a regular tempurpedic, and get the cooling bed protector instead of getting the bed with it. I could feel the cooling without the protector and sheets in the store, but not once I got these on.

I personally got the firm, and it was comfortable from the first night. As it broke in, I enjoyed it even more.
I feel like the marketing of this makes it seem like the mattress will literally cool you off, but the mattress does not cool you. Rather, it feels cool at first touch, and gradually helps to keep a more comfortable/manageable level of heat. Memory foam mattresses are notorious for trapping heat and getting hot, and it is the same thing with Tempur-Pedic mattresses, but from what I have experienced, I feel as though the LUXEbreeze does a good job in managing that temperature, rather than just letting it get too hot.

Only about a month in but it's been great so far. Bed is very comfortable (although that depends entirely on the individual) and you can really feel the difference in temperature. Very useful in the southwest. It might actually be a little TOO cool for my wife (but perfect for me), we're thinking about buying some thicker sheets just to get a little better balance. But overall I'd definitely recommend it.

I had this mattress for over a year and can say it is the absolute worst mattress (and most expensive) I've ever owned. I wanted to like it, especially because of the cost, but it is like sleeping in wet cement or wet sand. To the point it's difficult to readjust/move and even get out of bed. Forget side sleeping, the pressure on your shoulders is crazy and painful. Sleeping on stomach? That may last a few minutes before you have to change. So you are left with your back, which is my most common position. However, you at best slightly contour to the mattress at your hips/buttocks, shoulders and even feet. It creates pressure points so bad that you end up tossing and turning once you are able to lift yourself up out of the feeling of being in wet cement.
Countless nights in the last year I have gone to my guest bedroom to sleep on an old fashioned spring mattress and slept 100 times better!
Cooling? There is zero cooling on this bed, if there is any it is for at best 5 minutes and after that it's literally zero.
comfort? There is none
Now, clearly there are people who like this bed, but if you are in the minority that finds this bed beyond terrible, make sure you can return it with no questions asked!
I have since gotten a new mattress after much research, and this one didn't go in my guest bedroom and I certainly would not even give it to even an enemy, instead it went in the trash!
Never again will I consider Tempurpedic

My husband and I decided to splurge on a new bed when we moved into a new house. He sleeps very hot so we got the cooling bed. I honestly can't say I feel any sort of cooling from this bed. And it also has a slightly funky smell that is still there one month later. Otherwise the bed is fine and comfortable, and we have been enjoying it. For the price, I expected more.

So when you first get it the mattress is firmer than expected. So I slept on top of a comforter and blanket to make it softer when I slept, after about a month I noticed it still wasn't broken in yet. I then remembered the sales guy mentioned that the material is heat activated and realized that my blanket and comforter was blocking out the heat. so I removed them and I now notice that the mattress is soft when I lay on it and comfortable. All my previous mattress were coil spring mattresses, I noticed that on those after a while the coils don't spring back as much as expected and it starts to sag making them uncomfortable, however the bounce when you jump on them. Because of the sagging I will not buy a coil spring mattress again. The tempur pedic luxbreeze soft does not bounce when you jump on it as it behaves more like a non-nutonian fluid, getting soft after a few seconds of laying on it. when laying on the mattress it provides no edge support so be careful not to fall off, which I have not done yet. I bought this mattress on Halloween and got it about 2 weeks later so I have had it about 3 weeks, so it is really too early to tell about reliability, but I love it so far, it is not too hot nor is it too cool. I actually spend most of my day fantasying about getting in my bed and trying to sleep. I think it is expensive but worth it, so far, but we will see in 3 years (about how long my previous hybrid mattress lasted).

This is our second Tempur Pedic mattress in 9 years. Highly recommend the mattress that we bought this time, Tempur-Luxebreeze. We're both over 70 and frequently have aching joints, but not with this mattress. It's worth every dollar we paid and we have recommend this mattress to many friends.
